At the Official Marshmello Shop, we want you to love your gear as much as the music. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your gear gets back to us safely.

  Package Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the clothing is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized shipping location and keep your tracking number handy while we process your refund or replacement.
